Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Everrep collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Everrep is operated by Parker Bedwell ("Everrep", "we", "us"). If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

Information you give us

Account details: your name, email address and password (passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and never visible to us).

Training data: workouts, exercises, sets, weights, reps, notes, routines, programs, personal records and settings you enter.

Quiz answers: your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, focus areas and any body areas you ask Everrep to work around. These answers can relate to your health, so we treat them with extra care and use them only to personalize your training.

Profile details you choose to add, such as a photo or social handle.

Messages you send to the Everrep Coach, and feedback, ratings or help requests you send us.

Your email address if you join the launch waitlist on our website. We use it only to tell you when Everrep launches, and you can ask us to remove it any time.

A record of your agreement to our Terms of Service and this policy: the versions you accepted and when.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical details such as device type, browser and app version, which help us fix problems.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

To run Everrep: save and sync your workouts, build your plan, suggest weights, show your progress and power the Coach.

To provide Everrep Pro, process subscriptions and prevent abuse.

To answer your questions and improve Everrep based on feedback.

To keep Everrep secure and comply with the law.

The AI Coach

Before your first Coach message, Everrep asks for your permission. When you chat with the Coach, your message and a summary of your training (such as recent workouts, records and quiz answers) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. Workouts imported from Apple Health are never sent to the Coach. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf, and under its commercial terms it does not use this data to train its models.

Coach replies are general fitness guidance, not medical advice.

Apple Health

If you connect Apple Health in the iPhone app, Everrep saves your Everrep workouts to Health and reads workouts recorded by other apps and your Apple Watch, plus heart rate during workouts. Imported workouts are stored in your Everrep account so they appear in your Log on all your devices.

Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared with the AI Coach or other third parties. You can disconnect at any time in the Health app under Sharing > Apps.

Who we share information with

Service providers that help us run Everrep: Google Firebase (sign-in and data storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI Coach) and Resend (email). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Friends you connect with in Everrep can see what you choose to share, such as your name, recent workouts, streak and records. You can turn sharing off in Settings.

If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our members.

If Everrep is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Payments

Everrep Pro payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, its status and renewal date.

Your choices and rights

Export your data any time from Settings.

Delete your account and data any time from Settings > Delete my account. Deletion is permanent.

Turn off sharing with friends in Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or limit use of your information. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your training data, profile, friend connections and Coach history, and cancel any active subscription. We may keep feedback or help messages you sent us, and records such as payment history where the law requires.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access rules that keep your private data visible only to you, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Everrep is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will ask you to review and accept the new policy in the app. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
